Harry Provart, Jr.

	Harry "Junie" Provart, Jr., age 84, of Du Quoin, IL, passed away peacefully with his wife at his side on February 29, 2004 in the Marshall Brown Hospital in Du Quoin, IL at 9:00 a.m.
	Harry was born the son of Harry C. and Lora (Rogers) Provart on August 30, 1919 in Paradise Prairie where he resided all of his life.  He was united in marriage to Margie Moore on July 12, 1941 in Perryville, MO and she survives.  They happily enjoyed 62 years together.  Harry was previously a farmer before working for the Du Quoin Packing Co. for over 23 years.  He was also a member of the First Christian Church in Du Quoin, IL.  
	He will be greatly missed by his wife, Margie of DuQuoin, IL, a son, Allen Provart, daughter-in-law, Darlene Provart and granddaughter, Stephanie Provart, all of Belleville, IL. a brother, Gene Provart of St. Louis, MO, one nephew, Gordon Provart of Woodland Park, CO, and two nieces, Joan Russel of Du Quoin, IL and Sally Smalley of Pensacola, FL.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Jerry Provart.
	Funeral services were held at the Pyatt-Harrawood & Epplin Funeral Home, Washington and Perry St,  Du Quoin, IL. on Thursday, March 4, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Greg Shelton of Whittington Baptist Church officiating.  Interment was in the Paradise Prairie Cemetery.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood & Epplin Funeral Home in Du Quoin, IL on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, March 4, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. until services.
	Memorial donations may be made to the Paradise Prairie Cemetery.
